SHANNON DOWDALL
Shannon is a multidisciplinary creative and art educator.
From a young age Shannon's passion for art led to her interest in pursuing the career of art teaching and as a result has received her BA in Fine Art, Design and Education in 2024.
Shannon has been working with students of all ages and abilities and guiding them as they increase their practical and theoretical skills. She loves sharing her passion with others and is so grateful that she gets to do this incredible job every day.

Drogheda Institute of Further Education
QQI Level 5 award in Art, Craft & Design Portfolio Preparation.
Experience in learning how to generate ideas for a range of Art and Design disciplines with the aim of producing a portfolio as a body of works.
September 2020 - May 2024
National College of Art & Design
BA Joint Honours in Fine Art, Design and Education.
Through a fine art practice specialising in paint working between studio and placement blocks in education, focusing on how to become a fully equipped art teacher.
